1- Vikash Deep Foundation, a pan India NGO in collaboration with Elite IAS Coaching Institute of Delhi will be sponsoring 300 students for 2021 Civil Services Examination (Prelims and Mains Online General Studies course). 100 students for Sociology optional online coaching.

2- Criteria of selection will be poor and meritorious graduates based on their academic performances of 10th, 12th and graduation marksheets and their economic condition.

3- India’s top UPSC Coaching Institute – Elite IAS Academy has earmarked Rs.2.02 crore for General Studies online course and Rs.35 lakhs of Rupees for Sociology optional online course as a scholarship under CSR initiative under the aegis of VIKASH DEEP FOUNDATION NGO for poor and meritorious students of pan-India, who cannot afford to avail qualitative coaching for Civil Services Examination. To empower the deserving poor Graduates, so that they can join the mainstream and serve the country as IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS & other central services.

6- Documents to be submitted –

(i) Scanned self-attested mark-sheet copies of class 10, 12 and any graduate degree from government recognised college/university, 2018/2019/2020 (Note: please don’t apply if you have graduated before 2018).

(ii) Income certificate (Annual income below 8 Lakhs).

(iii) Recent one passport photograph to be pasted at right corner of the application,

(iv) Any government valid documents (Adhar card, caste certificate, voter identity card etc.)

8- Aspirants should mention the choice of the course. They can choose both or only one course i.e. (i) Online General Studies Course (ii) Sociology Optional Online Course

9- The cost of scholarship for Online General Studies is Rs.72850 per selected students for free or concession of 50% or 25%. Cost for Online Sociology Optional is Rs.35000/- per selected students for free or concession of 50% or 25%. for whole course.

10- Sponsored candidates for Online General Studies (300 in numbers or its factor) will receive from ELITE ACADEMY FOR EDUCATION & TRAINING PRIVATE LIMITED (business Name: Elite IAS).
(i) Top 15 Students will get 100% fee concession i.e. No Fee + Books
(ii) Next 140 Students will get 50% fee concession i.e. Rs.36,425/- (inclusive GST) + Books
(iii) Next 145 Students will get 25% fee concession i.e. Rs.54,638/- (inclusive GST) + Books

11- Sponsored candidates for Online Sociology Optional (100 in numbers or its factor) will receive:
(i) Top 5 Students will get 100% fee concession i.e. No Fee + Books
(ii) Next 45 Students will get 50% fee concession i.e. Rs.17,500/- (inclusive GST) + Books
(iii) Next 145 Students will get 25% fee concession i.e. Rs. 25,250 (inclusive GST) + Books

12- ALLOCATION and ELIGIBILITY – Family annual income from all sources should not exceed Rs.8 lakh. The total number of scholarships will be divided amongst the Students based on the percentage they obtained in class 10, Class 12 and Graduation.
For example, If a student has:
– 70% in Class 10
– 80% in Class 12
– 66% in Graduation
Then his/her overall percentage is: 70 + 80 + 66/3 = 72%

13- Last date for submission – 30.11.2020.  Result of the selected aspirants will be declared on 07.12.2020 for admission formalities for coaching. The result list will be uploaded on the website: www.vikashdeepfoundation and selected candidates will be informed via email.
